Job Summary The Student Accounts Coordinator supports Student Accounts Office in engaging with students and families on billing details, holds, and making payments.

• Customer Service; interact with students regarding their accounts.
• Promote a positive, friendly attitude toward students, co-workers, and visitors.
• Applicant will learn how to use Banner.
• Prepare and process student holds with strong attention to detail.
• Ensure funds are billed, collected, posted, deposited, and reconciled.
• Work on small projects as directed.
• Other relevant tasks as assigned

• Position is open to all students.
• Summer employment required, including some school holidays.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a fast-paced atmosphere.
• Good communication skills are required.
• Successful applicants are able to learn through questioning.

• Interest in accounting or business preferred but not required.

• Sitting and working at a computer as well as answering the phone.
