Portland Community College is accepting applications to be considered for Part-Time Faculty assignments in the Aviation Science Department at the Rock Creek Campus. The Department will review applications in this pool as the need arises for new part-time faculty in this area. This is NOT an announcement of a specific open position, but a Part-time Faculty Interest Pool, from which the department will identify applicants based on course assignment needs during the Academic Year.

Minimum Qualifications are by Course Offering. For All Classes, These Are

Required:

• Willing to commit to full term.
• Fewer years of experience may be considered for part-time instructors if their experience coordinates with the subjects to be taught.

Preferred Qualifications (in Addition To The Minimum Requirements)

• FAA IA Certificate
• Flight Instructor Certificate

Education:
