Growth Driver Activation Center (GDAC) sits within Sales Activation and includes Alliances, Managed Services, and select Solutions.

As a GDAC Strategist, you will drive go‑to‑market (GTM) efforts, leverage data, innovate, and collaborate with sector and account leaders to expand growth drivers across accounts.

• Execute GTM activities, including acceleration sessions and growth play campaigns.
• Serve as a knowledge hub for growth drivers and simplify activation for teams.
• Collaborate with Service Line, Sector Leadership, Sales Executives, Account Managers, and GCSPs to develop strategies and action plans.
• Build net new qualified pipeline and drive results.

• Navigate EY’s Growth Driver Ecosystem and Markets Growth Operating System.
• Influence leaders and grow new pipeline.
• Operate locally and globally across virtual teams.
• Establish credibility and trust.
• Work independently with strong problem‑solving skills.

• 7–10+ years of sales/solution activation or related experience focused on GTM and sales enablement.
• Consumer and Retail experience.
• Strong understanding of solution strategy and deployment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
