Lead Teacher Younger and Older Toddler

Compensation

Hourly: $18.00 + depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily operations of assigned classes.
  • Plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities while maintaining a safe environment.
  • Work directly with children and parents, providing quality customer service.
  • Collaborate with other teachers to develop engaging curriculum.
  • Maintain class ratios and ensure resources for classroom success.
  • Communicate children's progress and achievements to parents through mobile apps and discussions.
Qualifications
  • Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
  • At least Step 6 in Oregon Registration (ORO).
  • Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred.
  • 1–2 years of prior experience preferred.
  • Completed state‑required pre‑service training.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with children, parents, and faculty.
  • Ability to manage stressful situations professionally while multitasking.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and properly lift infants for infant and young toddler teachers.
  • Background check eligibility (C ).
