• Conduct soccer classes for children 2‑8 years old, including field set‑up and tear‑down.
• Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling.
• Use Soccer Shots’ curriculum and early childhood development techniques.
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment.
• Follow on‑site safety and attendance protocols.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and teachers.
• Transport, set up, and finish equipment and field.

• Active Oregon Central Background Registry (C ) required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in preschool/daycare setting.
• High School Diploma with additional early childhood education hours.
• Passion for children and sports.
• Energetic, engaging, responsible, and safety conscious.
• Ability to adapt to needs of kids ages 2‑8.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand, jog, and model children’s soccer skills.
