Loss of provider, we have patient panels that need to be seen
Schedule:
Full time, the clinic is open for Provider schedules 830 7 M,T, TH, F, on Wednesdays, and 830 2 on Saturday
Shift: We are flexible within the above time frames and may be open to part time candidates

For a full day, around 17
Scope:
Primary Care - Family Practice or Internal Medicine
EMR:
Next Gen Group /support: RNs and MAsRequirements (boards, license):
Licensed to practice in Oregon as MD or DO with DEA designation. Strong preference for candidates enrolled in OR payors
