Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking a primary care physician to join a well‑established practice at PMG Gateway Internal Medicine clinic. This role will support an adult‑only panel, so we are looking for an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician with adult/geriatric focus. You will have the opportunity to make a vital impact by providing care to a culturally and ethnically diverse, medically complex, and vulnerable patient population.

You’ll be part of an integrative primary‑care team that includes an embedded APP, an on‑site behavioral health provider, a clinical pharmacist, and a case‑management team.

• Full‑time; flexible between 0.8 and 1.0 FTE
• 4 days/week schedule (Monday to Friday)
• Ideal candidates will have additional geriatric training and will honor the Providence mission of caring for the poor & the vulnerable
• 2‑year guaranteed salary with higher starting base for experienced physicians, generous quality incentives, sign‑on bonus, and relocation assistance available

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates for this position. The successful candidate’s placement on the wage range will be determined based on relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
