What You’ll Do- Contribute to the design process, from early concepts to construction documents
- Communicate with clients, consultants, and jurisdictions to support project success
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure design, technical, and budget goals are met
- Help guide design documentation using Revit and other software tools
- Support or lead construction administration activities
- Manage your own workload or, as your career advances, mentor and guide others
- Play a role in translating client vision into thoughtful, human‑centered environments
- A passion for design that enhances quality of life and community

RequirementsSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE VALUE:
- A professional degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Interior Architecture
- Proficiency in Revit (from developing to advanced, depending on level)
- Experience in Senior Living projects is strongly preferred; experience in Multifamily Housing, Hospitality, or similar project types will also be considered
- Familiarity with design, building codes, technical documentation, and consultant coordination
- Additional skills such as Sketch Up, Bluebeam, or Enscape are a plus
- Licensure, certification, or accreditation (NCIDQ, LEED, WELL, etc.) are encouraged but not required for all levels
