• Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a 27–30-hour work week, Tuesday through Thursday, with a part-time schedule available as an option. Our typical schedule alternates weekly—one week with 3 days in Portland and 1 day in Vancouver, and the next with 2 days in Portland and 2 days in Vancouver. Travel pay is available.

• Creating Exceptional First Impressions – Prepare patients for treatment by welcoming, comforting, and seating the patient. Build positive relationships with patients, families, and coworkers to ensure the targeted outcome treatment remains on schedule.
• Provide Exceptional Clinical Care – Assist Orthodontist with consultations and all stages of orthodontic procedures, clean/disinfect operatories and sterilize instruments and devices, and take x‑rays, photos, impressions, and intraoral scans.
• Patient Education – Provide patient instruction/education and provide reports to parents/guardians.
• Practice Growth – Build positive relationships with patients, families, and coworkers to ensure the targeted outcome treatment remains on schedule.

  Communication – Generate correspondence for referring dentists and maintain detailed patient records.

• Good understanding of relevant health and safety regulations.
• Proficiency with orthodontic/dental management software systems is preferred but not required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships and rapport with patients, parents, doctors, fellow team members and the community.

• Keen attention-to-detail and time management skills.
