Guest Programs Liaison - Portland, OR

We are searching for a Guest Programs Liaison (GPL) - Portland, OR to join the Guest Programs Team. The position works directly with the Manager, Guest Programs and is the primary guest‑facing American Cruise Lines representative on site at the Portland International Airport in Portland, OR. The Guest Programs Liaison must be extraordinarily organized, energetic, outgoing and social, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Greet all guest arrivals at Portland International Airport according to travel information provided.
  • Coordinate all airport‑to‑hotel transportation.
  • Provide end‑of‑day summary to the shipboard team of any issues, questions or concerns that may be brought up by arriving guests.
  • Work seasonal schedule averaging about 3 days a week at the airport.
  • Be available at the airport 10:00 am‑8:00 pm on scheduled days, with occasional longer hours determined by airline flight schedules and/or delays.
Qualifications
  • High level of communication and listening skills.
  • Must be positive, enthusiastic, and outgoing.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage frequent last‑minute changes calmly and effectively.
  • Ability to speak and compose in English.
  • Ability to stand for 8‑10 hours a day.
