We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering responsive support. This role is part of the Customer Service and Collections team and plays an important role in supporting Dext’s day‑to‑day operations and overall customer experience.

Job Duties /Responsibilities
  • Develop a good understanding of our financial services to effectively assist clients and provide accurate information.
  • Assist customers with disputes and inquiries and reconciling payment history.
  • Servicing accounts by investigating problems and finding resolutions regarding payments and customer service concerns.
  • Utilize judgment to analyze customer accounts and establish repayment plans.
  • Respond to customer emails regarding billing issues and general concerns.
  • Problem resolution, investigating and resolving client concerns, complaints, or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and resolutions in our online systems.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service/Collections team and other departments as needed to create a positive and consistent customer experience.
Experience Requirements
  • 3 years experience in Customer Service
  • Proficiency in basic mathematics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office series (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience in Collections or AR (preferred)

The pay range for this role is:

20.20 - 21.60 USD per hour (Headquarters)
