Dispatcher​/Customer Service - Portland

Overview

This is an entry level position to get your foot in the door and learn about the industry and start your own career path into success.

You will be responsible for monitoring dashboards and ticketing systems while providing customer service in a timely manner. You will work for external and internal customers to dispatch field technicians as needed and perform the following duties.

Location Portland, OR

Shift Monday - Friday, either 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm

Pay $25 per hour

• Create service calls requested via email or telephone calls from customers.
• Answer incoming telephone calls, direct the calls to the appropriate person and take accurate messages.
• Monitor dashboards and ticketing systems.
• Assist Service Managers with updating clients as needed on status of jobs and/or requests.
• Assist with special projects and support other admin staff.
• Dispatch calls to the appropriate technician based on geographical location and technician skillset.

• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

HS Diploma or GED equivalent; one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
