Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a team player that is a great fit for our office environment and enjoys goal-oriented tasks. The role available is a full-time, in-office customer service representative that also includes new sales opportunities. This involves assisting customers with their insurance needs, resolving customer inquiries, managing accounts, setting up reviews and offering new products to current and prospective clients. Responsibilities include maintaining customer records, processing insurance-related requests, issuing new policies and delivering outstanding service while fostering positive client relationships.
Qualifications- Fully property & casualty license in the state of Oregon before starting.
- Basic proficiency in computer systems and office tools.
- Prior experience in insurance or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in customer service, ensuring a positive and efficient service experience; strong skills in customer support & satisfaction, addressing client needs effectively.
- Experience in enhancing customer experience while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability and desire to offer new products to existing and prospective clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Compensation is salary plus performance-based commission & bonuses. Estimated starting wage range of $50,000-$55,000 is based on $40,000 salary & estimated average performance commission & bonus.
- 10 personal time off days with annual increases.
