Bluestone Real Estate Services invites applications for a full-time Condominium Association Concierge position. Bluestone Real Estate is a leading association management company dedicated to providing exceptional service and enhancing the living experience of our residents. As a Condominium Association Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a pleasant and welcoming environment.

This role involves a variety of administrative and hospitality tasks aimed at enhancing the resident experience and maintaining the building’s high standards.

Location:

Metropolitan Condominiums in downtown Portland.

Hours:

Monday through Friday, 7am‑3:30pm.

• Greet and welcome residents, guests, and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
• Address resident inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of the condominium’s amenities and services to provide accurate information to residents and guests.
• Manage incoming and outgoing packages and deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate handling.
• Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities.
• Monitor access to the building, ensuring the safety and security of residents and their property.
• Implement security protocols and procedures to maintain a secure environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized concierge desk and lobby area.
