Service Advisor Responsibilities
  • Greet customers promptly and professionally, creating a welcoming service experience
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues and service requests
  • Prepare clear, detailed repair orders and explain recommended services and maintenance
  • Communicate effectively with technicians regarding diagnostics, repairs, and timelines
  • Provide timely updates to customers throughout the service process
  • Ensure all work is completed according to Acura manufacturer standards and dealership procedures
  • Review completed repairs with customers and explain invoices and future maintenance needs
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation within the dealership service system
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and care
