This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a long‑term career with growth and development. The Service Concierge position is an entry‑level service advisor assistant position. Working as our Service Concierge, you would be primarily providing top‑notch customer service to our service clients and assisting the service advisors.

Service ConciergeJob Responsibilities
- Greet and assist service customers with check‑ins.
- Staging vehicles in the service repair area.
- Answer inbound service calls and schedule appointments.
- Assist the service advisors as with booking repair orders, following up with customers, walking customers to their vehicles, and ancillary duties that come with service writing.
- Other duties that may arise in the service department.
- Commission‑Based, up to $24 per hour.

- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Driver’s License.
- Prior Customer Service Experience.
Corporate requirements:
