As our Premium Concierge , you play a key role in creating lasting memories while interacting with our guests and fans during Trail Blazer games, concerts, and the wide variety of events that come through our Moda Center. Your daily tasks and responsibilities will include providing a seamless experience to our premium clients through assistance with ticketing, providing directions, answering questions, and maintaining exclusivity for all premium spaces .

• You gree t our guests with a warm welcome and provide directional assistance and crowd control.
• You create a hospitable and inclusive environment for guests of all backgrounds and abilities .
• You keep our guests safe by ensuring all are following our building policies.
• You operate and navigate systems like Ticket Master and Archtics.
• You meet the requirements of the position outlined below.

• A re at least 18 years of age.
• A re able to operate a computer and work within multiple systems.
• Have experience in a customer-facing role
• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively as a team with people of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
• U nderstand and communicate in conversational English, including following verbal and written direction and possess effective social and oral communication skills.
• A re available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasionally holidays, with a typical call time of 5 pm , and meet our minimum availability requirement.
• Pay: $19 .25 per hour
