The opportunityAs a Community Associate, you will work closely with new and existing customers across a variety of industries. You will create and maintain your own community within the center, taking care of all administrative and support needs so customers can focus on running their businesses.
A typical day at IWGYou arrive a few minutes before the center opens to set up and ensure everything is ready. Throughout the day you respond to customer requests—changing Wi‑Fi codes, tracking packages, setting up projectors, printing, invoicing, and opening support tickets. You manage coffee breaks and lunch periods, keeping the environment welcoming. Throughout the afternoon, you assist with networking events, write and send e‑invites, and promote community participation.
You coordinate meetings, recommend nearby restaurants, and tidy the space before departure.
We're looking for someone who can manage multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service. You should also:
- A good communicator, building strong professional relationships and empathizing with people's needs (ideally 1+ year of customer service experience).
- Enjoy taking ownership of problems and finding solutions.
- Be positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast‑changing situations.
- Have experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment.
- Be legally eligible to work in the country you are applying in and at least 18 years old.
