Customer Success Manager

Role Overview

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for our clients, helping them unlock the full potential of Cosmos. From onboarding to ongoing optimization, you’ll ensure customers are confident, supported, and achieving measurable results with our platform. This is a full-time role available to someone in the Portland, OR, or surrounding area. This is not a remote opportunity.

• Build strong relationships with customers and serve as their go-to point of contact for all things Cosmos
• Monitor usage statistics and other metrics to support your proactive outreach
• Collaborate with Product and Support teams to resolve technical challenges
• Collect and relay customer feedback to inform product improvements
• Identify services opportunities for customers who need assistance with the product or are too busy to commit their own time

• 1–3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or SaaS support
• Familiarity with reporting & analytics solutions (e.g., Cosmos, Power BI, Jet Reports, Etc.)
• Exposure to the Microsoft Ecosystem and commonly used Microsoft products such as Excel, PowerPoint, Etc.
• Strong communication skills and an outgoing personality
• Experience with CRM systems and customer success platforms
• A passion for helping customers succeed

• Base salary of $60,000-$70,000 per year depending on prior experience
