This is a full‑time remote role for a Service Administrator. The Service Administrator will handle various administrative tasks, deliver exceptional customer service, and provide technical and logistical support to ensure the seamless operation of service functions. Responsibilities include coordinating service schedules, handling customer inquiries, maintaining service records, and assisting the team with training and technical support initiatives. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in contributing to excellent customer experiences.
Qualifications- Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively engage with clients and resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Proficiency in administrative assistance tasks, including organizing service records, scheduling, and managing workflow.
- Ability to provide responsive technical support and assist with troubleshooting or resolving customer issues.
- Experience in facilitating training programs or aiding in knowledge‑sharing initiatives to support team growth.
- Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing or technical service‑based industry is a plus.
