Spa Sassé is located in the heart of downtown Portland and combines talented providers with cutting-edge aesthetic techniques and services. Our spa has been owned and operated here in Downtown Portland for over 40 years. Our team is close-knit and together each day to make all guest visits exceptional in every way.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist clients with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate treatment schedules.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, text, social media, and in-person, providing detailed information about services and procedures.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient appointment book.
  • Confirm and follow up on appointments to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Manage the scheduling system to optimize daily operations.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Address client concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and inventory management.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of client information and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the management team on special projects and initiatives.
Promotions and Marketing
  • Assist in promoting spa services and packages.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.
  • Contribute ideas for improving the overall client experience.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a spa or wellness setting.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in appointment scheduling software and basic office applications.
  • Knowledge of beauty and wellness treatments is a plus.
