Senior Graphic Designer

Pollinate is seeking a freelance designer that brings a strong foundational skill set and a willingness to dive in on extensive design and concepting projects to create unexpected, brand-consistent, strategically-sound visual execution.

• Highly proficient in typography, layout, color theory, and brand identity design across digital and print media.
• Technical expert. Pollinate works primarily in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Collaborative. As a freelancer, you partner closely with the creative team to produce cohesive design solutions.
• Organized.
• Proactive. You're comfortable receiving and implementing feedback.
• High Standards. You're committed to quality and detail, ensuring all work is next-level while still on brand and aligned with brand guidelines.

• Execute or fine-tune design assets for campaigns, presentations, and digital platforms.
• Support senior creatives on brand, product, or content design deliverables.
• Participate in internal reviews and actively seek feedback to hone craft.
• Knowledgeable on visual trends and design standards.

• 5+ years of experience in a design role, agency, or in-house
• Portfolio showing expertise in paid and owned media
• Experience with UI and web design
• Must operate as an established business (LLC, sole proprietorship, or equivalent)
• Local to Portland Oregon Metro Area
