What You’ll Learn & Do

From day one (literally), you’ll collaborate with some of the sharpest minds in the industry. This isn’t about fetching coffee (unless it’s for yourself). It’s about getting your hands dirty, thinking big, and helping bring bold ideas to life. Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:

  • Create content that grabs attention. Learn what makes people stop scrolling and actively engage.
  • Write stories that stick. From captions to scripts, craft narratives that connect across platforms.
  • Brainstorm, pitch, and bring ideas to life. Work with teams across brand, design, video, strategy, and editorial as we collectively work to turn relevance into legacy for our partners.
  • Learn fast, create often, and keep growing. Gain hands‑on experience that fuels your next big move (hopefully with us!).
What You’ll Gain
  • An understanding of how client projects come together.
  • One‑on‑one mentorship from Creative Agency leads.
  • Training in storytelling, strategy, and emerging digital platforms.
  • Exposure to cutting‑edge marketing and creative strategies.
  • Networking opportunities and a potential path to full‑time hire.
Who Should Apply?
  • Recent college graduates
  • You’re tapped into culture and how storytelling creates connection
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Ability to think creatively and solve problems in unique ways
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and emerging digital trends
  • A collaborative mindset – excited to work with teams
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a fast‑paced environment

2026 Program Duration: Monday, June 8th to Friday, August 28th
