Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Facilities Construction Admin 3 to support major facilities and construction projects. This role requires a strong construction management background and hands-on experience coordinating large-scale facility modifications while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications- Minimum 5+ years of strong construction management experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Experience using Bluebeam
- Experience evaluating contractor proposals and managing construction contracts
- Ability to develop detailed work packages and manage project documentation
- Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of related experience
- Master’s degree with 4+ years of related experience
- 10+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree
