Senior Superintendent- Hyperscale Data Centers

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Travelling Superintendent to lead field operations on some of the largest and most complex data center construction projects in the United States
. This is a unique opportunity to work on mission-critical facilities for global technology leaders, with projects exceeding $700 million in value
.

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams across multiple trades.
• Drive compliance with project specifications, building codes, and client standards.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and communicate progress to project leadership.
• Champion a culture of safety and operational excellence.

• 10+ years of experience in large-scale commercial or industrial construction, preferably data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Proven track record managing projects $500M+ in value.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the U.S. (project-based assignments).
• Deep understanding of scheduling, logistics, and quality control for complex builds.
