Howard S. Wright Construction, a Balfour Beatty company, is seeking a Project Engineer. The Project Engineer is an entry‑level position that assists the Project Manager and Senior Project Engineer with the planning and daily execution of construction projects.

• Project financial responsibilities
• Preconstruction services
• Project start‑up and scheduling
• Project administration, coordination, and close‑out
• Promote client and subcontractor relations
• Promote culture, leadership, and employee development

• Bachelor's degree (Construction Management preferred) or equivalent experience
• Internship or equivalent experience with a commercial general contractor
• Proficiency using a personal computer and company communication tools, such as email, the internet, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook)

• One to three years of previous work experience
• Familiarity with RFIs, change orders, submittals, and punch‑lists
• Preparing sub‑contractor meeting minutes
