Triad Pacific Construction in Portland, OR is hiring a full-time Home Remodeler

We specialize in remodeling and renovation and are looking for a skilled remodeler to join our team. You'll take on major projects such as kitchen, bathroom, and whole-home renovations-going beyond the work of a typical handyman. We manage every step of the process to ensure homeowners get the living spaces of their dreams.

AS OUR Remodeler:

You will work a Monday - Friday schedule.

This role is about executing remodeling projects-roughly 80% hands-on-while also supporting the Project Manager with project coordination, quality control, and ensuring work stays on schedule. Think of the remodeler everyone on the jobsite can rely on to lead by example, solve problems, and help deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing remodeling tasks, including kitchens, bathrooms, home additions, and structural changes
• Coordinating with construction teams and subcontractors to keep projects running smoothly
• Tracking and reporting daily job progress
• Assist with material selection, ordering, and installation

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:

• 7+ years of experience in remodeling construction
• Customer-facing experience
• Technology proficiency
• Ability to provide your own hand tools
• Ability to perform hands-on work for most of the day
• A valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Reliable transportation

The following preferred qualifications would help you stand out as a candidate:

• 10+ years of remodeling experience
• Experience managing subcontractors
• Experience using project management software

YOU'LL BE WORKING IN:

• Portland, OR metro area
• Southwest WA
