Portland, OR | Salary $115,000 – $145,000 per year

• Lead all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and change management processes.
• Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships with clear communication and accountability.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and internal teams to drive successful outcomes.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to project engineers and support staff.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Strong understanding of ground‑up, tenant improvement, and renovation projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
