Portland, OR | Salary $115,000 – $145,000 per year
OverviewJoin a well-established commercial general contractor known for teamwork, innovation, and integrity. Lead high‑quality projects across industrial, commercial, retail, and tenant improvement markets while maintaining a healthy work‑life balance.
Roles & Responsibilities- Lead all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and change management processes.
- Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships with clear communication and accountability.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and internal teams to drive successful outcomes.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to project engineers and support staff.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Strong understanding of ground‑up, tenant improvement, and renovation projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
