Are you an experienced Early Years practitioner ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a passionate and confident Toddler Team Leader to lead our busy toddler room and support our team in delivering outstanding care and education.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs Toddler Team Leader, you will:
- Lead and support a team of practitioners in our toddler room
- Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS
- Create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment for children aged [1–3 years]
- Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing
- Build positive relationships with parents and carers
- Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Previous experience working with toddlers in a nursery setting
- Confidence in leading or mentoring staff
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures
- A caring, positive, and professional approach
- Previous Room Leader or Team Leader experience
