What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Design information graphics and conceptual communications that clearly convey complex ideas.
  • Produce and maintain business process and project documentation using established standards.
  • Capture and validate data needed for modeling, simulation, and process analysis.
  • Provide business and technical writing support across division projects.
  • Create documentation used by partners such as training, IT, and HR to support end-user training, requirements, and organizational design.
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience creating, writing, and interpreting technical documents.
  • Demonstrated experience with desktop publishing, graphic design, word processing, and spreadsheet applications.
  • At least 4 years of experience within an Insurance Services Group or similar operational environment.
  • Familiarity with documentation standards and conventions used in process improvement and project environments.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience supporting business process analysis, modeling, or simulation.
  • Strong adaptability and collaboration skills in a team environment.
  • Proven attention to detail in documentation and visual communication.
