As the Sales Development Representative for Framers’ Inventory (FI), you will be responsible for a wide range of activities to contribute to the company's continued success within the custom picture framing community. This role is a vital segment of FI and requires strong leadership, excellent communication, creative problem solving, and sharp analytical skills.
It is essential that the Sales Development Representative stay well-informed of industry trends and ensures that FI remains competitive in the marketplace. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, developing and executing comprehensive plans to generate leads and increase sales, assisting with the company's marketing strategy, building relationships with key customers, and supporting FI to reach key targets.
You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure strategies and projects are aligned and are working together as one. This job is an exciting opportunity to make a difference and help the company reach its maximum business potential.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Direct market research to identify target customers, competitors, and industry trends, translating findings into actionable insights.
- Visit customers in person to connect and show new products
- Create and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and social media.
- Collaborate with purchasing and customer service teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and product development.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, actively seeking new opportunities for business expansion.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field AND/OR 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing with a proven track record of success.
- Experience in a relevant industry or similar field.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with digital marketing and social media strategy.
- Strong understanding of market research and data analysis.
- Solid understanding of sales techniques, marketing principles, and brand management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, adept at utilizing data-driven insights.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mid-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
