Dedicated Account Specialist

• Salary up to $94,000.00
• Annual incentive bonus plan available

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the policyholder and their employees
• Respond to inquiries regarding claims, coverage, premiums, and contract details
• Independently manage claim processes, including death claims and employee support
• Build strong relationships with HR, Benefits, and Payroll teams across the client’s locations
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve administrative inconsistencies and improve plan performance

• High School Diploma required;
  Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
• 3–4+ years of progressive experience in group insurance administration, particularly in disability, absence management, claims, or account management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Workday, Service Now, and Salesforce preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to handle sensitive leave and disability situations
• Ability to interpret federal, state, and local leave regulations

• FMLI or CEBS certification preferred
• Life and Disability insurance license preferred
• Union experience is helpful
