Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Associate Facilities Provisioning Specialist (Level
2) to support the team onsite in Portland, Oregon.

• Receives request for materials and services and verifies priority, source and method to ensure end-user needs are met
• Utilizes procurement systems to process orders
• Reviews contracts specifications for scope of work, such as costs, terms and ownership to meet Supplier Management procedures and requirements
• Generates purchase requisitions (PRs) for scheduled services and other miscellaneous service orders
• Interacts with suppliers via phone, fax or email to obtain price and availability, confirm orders and follow up with systems input to fulfill end-user requests
• Communicates with end-users via phone, fax or email to ensure satisfaction with delivery date, location and product received
• Communicates any changes that may impact end-user schedule
• Collects appropriate documentation to support completed requests and processes payment requests using the appropriate system interface
• Maintains procurement records in accordance with Supplier Management policies, procedures and company guidelines
• Inputs catalogue item descriptions and inventory information into systems for automatic reorder
• Analyzes and forecasts minimum/maximum requirements to ensure product availability for end-users
• Retrieves data for analysis to support business or government requirements using system reports for metrics, supplier costs, cycle-time and inventory turn rate

• 1+ year of experience working with suppliers or vendors
• 1+ year of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with transportation management systems
• Experience with shipping and receiving

• 3+ years of experience using Maximo or other Computerized Maintenance Software Systems
• 3+ years of experience with the Ariba procurement system

• Shift: This role is primarily first shift; however, there may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives.
• Pay & Benefits: Boeing offers a Total Rewards package including competitive base pay and variable compensation. Programs vary by location and eligibility.
• Summary Pay Range: $77,400 - $94,600
