Key Responsibilities
  • Lead commercial strategy and go-to-market execution, developing sales tools, selling stories, and launch materials to support key customer and growth initiatives.
  • Partner cross-functionally to commercialize new products and customer-specific programs, ensuring alignment from planning through post-launch evaluation.
  • Analyze customer, channel, and revenue data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Drive executional excellence by managing timelines, priorities, and workflows to ensure launch readiness and high-quality market execution.
  • Serve as a key commercial leader, influencing stakeholders and guiding cross-functional teams without direct authority to deliver results.
  • Operate with a high degree of independence, exercising sound judgment in decisions impacting revenue, resources, and customer execution.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), with exposure to both marketing and sales execution.
  • Demonstrated success launching products and leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Solid financial acumen with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Experience thriving in smaller, fast-growing, or entrepreneurial environments preferred.
