Shift Manager

Overview

Shift Manager at McDonald's – a position owned and operated by an independent franchisee. You will be employed by the franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is responsible for all employment‑related decisions.

• Manage shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Lead crew and other managers during each shift.
• Plan and monitor shift activities, ensuring Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Track safety, security, and profitability metrics.
• Communicate shift goals and prepare the next Shift Manager.
• Meet shift targets and help Departments reach their goals.
• Food Safety, Internal Communication, Inventory Management, Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness, Managing Crew, Quality Food Production, Exceptional Customer Service, Safety and Security, Scheduling, Training.

• Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for fast‑paced work.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $75,000 annually, depending on location and experience.
