We’re hiring:
Manager, Sales Operations

We’re looking for a strong operator to partner with Sales on execution during a meaningful phase of GTM evolution.

This role is for someone who likes being close to the action. You’ll take clear priorities and turn them into outcomes Sales leadership actually feels week to week. You won’t be maintaining the status quo. You’ll be building clarity, momentum, and reliability where it matters most.

What you’ll do
  • Own day-to-day Sales Ops execution (CRM, process, enablement, reporting)
  • Turn prioritized initiatives into clear plans and shipped outcomes
  • Be the primary partner to Sales on operational needs
  • Bring structure to ambiguous requests and keep work moving
  • Ensure changes land cleanly and are actually adopted
  • Surface risks early and help leadership make better sequencing decisions

  • Care more about impact than inflated titles
