Overview
Job Title: Reporting & Operations Assistant
Location: Hybrid in Portland, OR (once a month or once a week at most in office)
Contract duration: 6 month contract with potential for extension or conversion
Job SummaryWe are seeking a Reporting & Operations Analyst to support critical investor and property reporting in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift frequently throughout the day. This role functions as a reporting assistant rather than a traditional administrative position and focuses on running reports from internal systems, reviewing and validating data, and ensuring accurate posting of reports and PDFs to investor portals by strict deadlines.
Responsibilities- The proposed scope of work encompasses property and investor reporting, benefit schedule review and posting, compiling, and posting status and broker reports, and select document management activities.
- Additional responsibilities may include supporting team members with quarterly investor reports, operational data extracts, supplemental reporting, and insurance and occupancy documentation
- This person will be joining the team and responsible for running reports out of their system and reviewing them to get them posted to the portal by essential deadlines.
- Reviewing the benefits schedule and making sure data is accurate to get posted (PDF related)
- Reporting includes AHIC property, qtly and investor reporting to be reviewed and posted.
Must Have Technical
Skills:
- Intermediate to advance Microsoft skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to work independently (once trained)
- Ability to multitask and manage several different tasks during a day; ability to shift focus frequently, depending on deadlines
