Overview

Job Title: Reporting & Operations Assistant

Location: Hybrid in Portland, OR (once a month or once a week at most in office)

Contract duration: 6 month contract with potential for extension or conversion

Job Summary

We are seeking a Reporting & Operations Analyst to support critical investor and property reporting in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift frequently throughout the day. This role functions as a reporting assistant rather than a traditional administrative position and focuses on running reports from internal systems, reviewing and validating data, and ensuring accurate posting of reports and PDFs to investor portals by strict deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • The proposed scope of work encompasses property and investor reporting, benefit schedule review and posting, compiling, and posting status and broker reports, and select document management activities.
  • Additional responsibilities may include supporting team members with quarterly investor reports, operational data extracts, supplemental reporting, and insurance and occupancy documentation
  • This person will be joining the team and responsible for running reports out of their system and reviewing them to get them posted to the portal by essential deadlines.
  • Reviewing the benefits schedule and making sure data is accurate to get posted (PDF related)
  • Reporting includes AHIC property, qtly and investor reporting to be reviewed and posted.
Qualifications

Must Have Technical

Skills:

  • Intermediate to advance Microsoft skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to work independently (once trained)
  • Ability to multitask and manage several different tasks during a day; ability to shift focus frequently, depending on deadlines

Nice to Have / Flex

Skills:

  • Entry level business writing
