Drive growth by securing partnerships with multi-location salon and retail beauty chains across the US. You’ll leverage franchise models to scale our brand, acting as the key link between the US Sales Director and high-volume accounts. Your tailored solutions will boost national reach and long-term profitability.
Strategic Chain & Franchise Development
- Identify and prioritise national and regional salon and retail beauty chains and franchise groups with high growth potential.
- Develop bespoke acquisition strategies for multi-location businesses, focusing on scalability and operational integration.
- Lead negotiations with corporate decision‑makers and franchise owners to secure group‑level agreements and rollout plans.
Relationship Management & Expansion
- Establish and maintain senior‑level relationships with chain headquarters and franchise leadership teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate offices while supporting franchisees with tailored solutions.
- Collaborate on joint business plans that maximise category growth across all locations, including promotional calendars and training initiatives.
Sector Sales Leadership
- Analyse chain/franchise market trends, operational models, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Provide accurate forecasts and performance reporting segmented by chain/franchise group.
- Represent the brand at industry events and franchise conventions, positioning us as the go‑to partner for beauty businesses.
About you:
You’re a results‑driven relationship builder with strong commercial acumen, skilled at securing large‑scale partnerships. With a strategic mindset and the ability to influence at senior levels, you know how to unlock growth across multi‑location chains and franchise networks.
- Proven success in managing chain or franchise accounts within beauty, wellness, or FMCG sectors.
- Deep understanding of franchise business models and multi‑location retail operations.
- Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills at corporate and franchise‑owner level.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience delivering scalable solutions across large networks.
- Ability to travel extensively across the US to engage with corporate offices and franchisees.
