PositionSummary
The Client Support Specialist plays a key role in ensuring accurate account balances for hospital clients by troubleshooting account issues, reconciling financial data, analyzing reports, and responding to client inquiries. This position supports both internal teams and external hospital partners to maintain data integrity across multiple systems. Advanced levels of this position act as subject‑matter experts, supporting complex accounts and larger client portfolios.
This role is hybrid, based in Beaverton, OR.

- Serve as direct support to hospital clients, addressing inquiries and resolving account‑related issues.
- Document and resolve discrepancies related to balance reconciliations, record changes, cardholder inquiries, and over payments.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with client partners.
- Generate weekly reconciliation reports and research flagged items.
- Audit raw data files against internal operational reports; identify and communicate data integrity issues to IT.
- Develop and build reports, performing data analysis as needed.
- Lead phone conferences with clients to discuss discrepancies, provide updates, and manage follow‑up tasks.
- Support special projects and other operational or administrative tasks as required.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in customer support, billing, or banking (healthcare or financial services preferred)
- Strong computer and software proficiency, including MS Office and Excel
- Experience with reporting, basic financial analysis, and account reconciliation
- Excellent documentation, organizational, and time‑management abilities
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred:
- Experience working with databases and/or raw data analysis
- Comfort navigating multiple systems simultaneously
- Ability to handle complex accounts and high‑volume workflows
Hybrid role; location:
Beaverton, OR. Typical schedule between 5am–5pm PT; may require extended hours during peak periods. Frequent interaction via phone, email, and virtual meetings. Standard office duties including sitting/standing, computer work, and occasional light lifting (up to 15 lbs.). Remote setups must closely mirror in‑office standards.
