We are seeking a high-performing professional ready to take full ownership of a region. This role is for a strategic executor who operates with autonomy and views their territory as a business unit to scale. You will not just support accounts; you will drive the strategy to maximize their performance.
Key Objectives- Strategic Regional Ownership: Assume full accountability for the growth, retention, and performance of your territory. You are the primary driver of your region’s success.
- Drive Adoption & Velocity: actively manage partner relationships to increase utilization. Your goal is to move offices from "onboarded" to "fully operational and originating" efficiently.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Identify operational bottlenecks in partner offices and implement solutions before they impact revenue.
- Data-Driven Execution: Use performance metrics to identify trends, spot gaps in your region, and pivot your strategy to meet goals.
- Market Feedback Loop: Serve as a strategic link between the field and internal leadership, providing professional insights that shape product and process improvements.
- Experience in field sales, territory management, or customer success
- Experience in Dental, Orthodontics or patient financing a plus but not required
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Comfort with performance metrics and accountability
- Confidence presenting to diverse stakeholders, from treatment coordinators and office managers to executives
- Organized and proactive approach to managing multiple priorities
- A mindset focused on partnership, problem-solving, and execution
* Significant upside with commission paid out monthly
