Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Target Pay: $29.15 per hour + performance bonus eligibility
Role Overview: The Centralized Operations and Resident Experience (CORE) Specialist plays a crucial role in Prime’s ongoing efforts to enhance operational efficiency, streamline administrative workflows, and elevate the resident experience. We’re looking for a candidate with experience in managing housing assistance programs, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of working with housing authorities, case managers, and internal teams to deliver timely payments and resolve resident concerns.
Experience collaborating with Legal, Compliance, and Accounting teams is a plus.

Role Responsibilities:
Process Optimization & Workflow Efficiency
- Continuously assess administrative processes, identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions to streamline operations.
- Develop, document, and refine standardized workflows that enhance operational efficiency across multiple properties.
- Leverage technology, automation tools, and data analytics to drive continuous improvement in resident services and back-office operations.
- Proactively monitor administrative workflows and implement enhancements that improve accuracy, speed, and service quality.
Resident Experience & Customer Service Excellence
- Serve as a key point of contact for resident inquiries, delivering prompt, professional, and solutions-focused support that enhances resident satisfaction.
- Process lease agreements, renewals, and resident notices with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Manage resident communications, including community-wide announcements, policy updates, and event notifications, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Work closely with onsite teams to support service requests, follow up on escalated resident concerns, and facilitate efficient issue resolution.
Operational Coordination & Compliance
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of lease records, notices, and administrative tasks in property management systems (e.g., Yardi, Real Page, or similar).
- Monitor and track lease expirations, resident feedback, and occupancy trends, providing data-driven insights to leadership.
- Support internal audits, compliance tracking, and adherence to industry regulations, ensuring high standards of accuracy and accountability.
- Maintain organized records and databases to facilitate efficient reporting, compliance, and internal reviews.
Collaboration & Communication
- Act as a liaison between property management teams, corporate leadership, and support departments, ensuring alignment on initiatives and priorities.
- Facilitate training for onsite teams on updated policies, processes, and technology tools to drive consistency and operational excellence.
- Partner with marketing and leasing teams to coordinate resident engagement initiatives, ensuring positive community experiences.
