- Diagnose, service, and repair vehicles to factory specifications

- Ensure every repair meets the brand’s quality standards
- Partner with Service Advisors for seamless communication and customer satisfaction
- Keep the shop clean, safe, and organized to uphold a luxury environment
- High hospitality quotient: kindness, optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self‑awareness, integrity
- 3+ years experience as a luxury brand technician or related automotive repair (dealer experience preferred)
- Factory and ASE certifications strongly preferred
- Advanced diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
- Attention to accuracy, efficiency, and detail
- Positive, team‑first attitude and commitment to hospitality‑driven service
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
