DEA's Corporate team is hiring an Executive Coordination Intern to help with special projects for corporate teams that may involve conducting research, organizing office visits for senior leaders, providing administrative support for the company's executive leadership team, analyzing information and data, writing executive summaries and reports, and drafting communication and engagement pieces.
What You'll Do- Conduct research and synthesize findings to support strategic corporate initiatives and executive decision-making.
- Coordinate logistics and planning for executive office visits, leadership meetings, and special corporate events.
- Provide high-level administrative support to the executive leadership team, including scheduling, document preparation, and meeting coordination.
- Analyze data and information to develop clear executive summaries, reports, and presentation materials.
- Draft internal communications and engagement content to support corporate initiatives and leadership messaging.
- Completed at least two years of school toward a bachelor's degree
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Experience with budgets and financial statements preferred
