5400 Federal Work Study, Political Science-##

* JOB PURPOSE:

** Provide administrative support to Administrative Coordinator and faculty for the Political Science Department.##
** PREREQUISITES FOR ELIGIBILITY:**

* Must be able to write clean and concise emails, be comfortable conversing with diverse populations including our admitted students, faculty, and alumni.

* DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* **** Various administrative duties to support the department including but not limited to:
* Update on content on department website
* Create flyers and posters
* Photocopying and scanning textbooks for faculty
* Managing files on Google Docs and Sheets
* Assisting faculty with any projects they require##

* Based on student's availability during office hours Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm##
