The Administrative Assistant plays a key supportive role by providing support to managers, other, and varying office visitors by handling a variety of tasks. The Administrative Assistant must be professional, positive, self-starter, organized, and accurate. This position will include scheduling meetings/events, data entry, credit card reconciliation, travel coordination and maintaining files.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesHigh school Diploma/GED or Associate’s in Business Administration or related field
Microsoft Office Specialist Certification (preferred)
3-5 years experience in administrative assistant experience
High level of accuracy in written communication
Meeting Coordination and Note taking
Salaryrangeforthispositionis $65,000-$75,000annually.
