Job DescriptionThe Team Administrator preforms administrative and office support activities for multiple team members. Duties may include monitoring and fielding emails, telephone calls, word processing (MS Word document creation), creating Excel spreadsheets and running ACE Reports. Extensive comfort using MS Office applications, highly organized, highly motivated to research complex items independently and in collaboration with others. Need to have strong written and verbal communication skills.
This is a position that will give the right candidate exposure and education in all the inner workings of the tactical filing of Drawback along with education on the regulatory side. Great place to start that will be both challenging and educational.

- Working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets, and presentation software

- Effective interpersonal skills- including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
- Maintain and monitor team email.
- Review of reports sent daily from ACE system
- Support consulting staff in administrative research and data compilation and special projects
- Support staff in monitoring communications with U.S. Customs and Border Patrol
- Support staff with monthly billing process including monitoring consulting time against projects, consistency in rate application and running end of month billing reports
- Support Tradewin’s internal audit and quality control functions
- Provide back up support for billing and other administrative functions
- Ongoing upload and extracts into proprietary product database and other proprietary systems
- Prepares reports, presentations, memorandums and correspondence to both internal and external clients
