Summary
The Part-Time Administrative Assistant performs a variety of administrative support activities of a very responsible, difficult, and often confidential nature.
Job DetailsSchedule: Monday through Thursday 3:00 pm–7:00 pm (16 hours per week total)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to Nursing Program staff and students
- Answer phone, handle email, calendaring
- Provide superior customer service over the phone and in person
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Nursing Program and Faculty area
- Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, reserve and prepare facilities
- Photocopy, collate, and distribute correspondence
- Develop and maintain department filing systems
- Order and maintain supplies, and arrange equipment maintenance
- Resolve questions and issues
- Submit work orders
- Collect, sort, and distribute mail
- Assist with campus event planning, ordering supplies, catering, food, invitations, etc.
- Serve as the administrative liaison between Campus and Corporate Administrative Offices
- Perform other duties as assigned
