Overview
Senior Administrative Assistant at Providence Portland Medical Center, in Portland, Oregon. This is a 40 hour per week position with a work schedule of Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. This position will support a Nursing Director within the ministry.
Contributes to the operational effectiveness of the Assistant Administrator/PPMC, and Director of Mission Integration/Providence Portland Medical Center by providing secretarial and administrative support. Also supports other managers as needed.

Responsibilities- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Nursing Director and other managers as needed.
- Contribute to the operational effectiveness of the Assistant Administrator/PPMC and Director of Mission Integration/Providence Portland Medical Center.
- 5 years of work experience in the hospital or general business setting, including 2 years spent in a position such as executive/administrative secretary.
- Public relations or customer service based experience.
- Experience in data entry.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
