We are seeking a Move-in Coordinator who is highly organized, an exceptional communicator, and has a passion for working with seniors. If this describes you, this opportunity may be a great fit.
ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will coordinate the move-in process and manage the details large and small to welcome residents to their new home. The role ensures a smooth transition so residents are comfortable, happy and ready to thrive in their new home. This position includes communication with prospective residents and their family members, moving companies, maintenance, housekeeping and interior designers. You will be the point person for every move from start to finish, working closely with the sales team and management.

Qualifications- 2+ years in a move-in coordination role
- Sales background a plus
- Highly organized
- Excellent people skills
- Great communicator
- Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel and online systems
