Responsibilities

The Assistant Scheduler assists and supports all planning and scheduling activities of the project through the application of various controls, systems, principles, and practices. This position works under direct supervision, gathers and distributes information, and reports directly to the Scheduling Manager or Scheduling Director. The Assistant Scheduler must be a team player with strong organizational, problem-solving skills and knowledge of P6.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience with Excel
  • 2+ years of experience coordinating projects
  • 2+ years of experience with project documentation
